Give AI a task with a clear boundary

Start with retrieval, comparison, reconciliation, or drafting. Identify the relevant records and what a useful output should contain. Inspect source references before relying on the answer.

AI-generated text can be incomplete or incorrect. A draft investigation, proposed procedure, or suggested mapping still needs the review appropriate to its use. Connecting an external assistant through MCP does not grant it approval authority.

Review before a consequential action

• Check source identity and applicable revisions.
• Separate observed facts from suggested explanations.
• Review the proposed change and its affected records.
• Keep required human decisions at their configured gates.

Understand the allowance

Starter and Team include $25 of AI usage per billed user per month and 50 GB of file storage per billed user, pooled across the organization. The free sandbox includes $2 of monthly AI usage and 1 GB of storage per workspace.

AI usage is priced at provider model and tool list rates plus 20%; excess file storage is $0.10 per GB-month. Additional spending is off by default and requires administrator opt-in. See the pricing page for the current commercial terms and estimate.
