Dollars, not mystery credits.
AI is metered at the selected provider’s public on-demand model and tool rates, plus a 20% Helix service fee. The fee is already included in the usage shown in Helix.
Example: $10 of provider-rate usage consumes $12 of your allowance. Once your pool is used, that same work costs $12 in additional usage. There is no second markup.
See the model, applicable rate, and estimate before a run; see actual usage afterward. Longer agent jobs have a maximum budget. Rate changes are visible before new work starts. Included AI resets each billing month and does not roll over.
Storage that grows with the team.
Storage is retained file capacity, not a monthly upload quota. Uploaded files and retained file versions count. Structured records, audit events, and Helix-managed backup copies do not consume your file allowance.
Extra storage is $0.10 per GB-month, based on the daily average above your allowance; 1 GB is one billion bytes. Ordinary uploads and downloads have no separate Helix transfer fee.
Ten billed users include 500 GB. Keeping an extra 100 GB for a full month adds $10. Storage does not reset each month.
Extra spend starts with permission.
Paid overages are off by default. An administrator can enable them, set a monthly AI spending ceiling and maximum extra storage, and monitor pooled usage. Alerts arrive at 80% and 100% of each allowance.
At the AI cap, new AI jobs pause. At the storage cap, new uploads pause; existing files remain readable and exportable. Work that requires new file evidence waits for capacity. Helix does not delete evidence to enforce a limit.
One pool across your organization.
Allowances follow billed seats, including plan minimums. Your three-seat Starter minimum includes $75 of monthly AI usage and 150 GB. Your ten-seat Team minimum includes $250 and 500 GB.
Adding seats mid-cycle prorates the additional AI allowance; storage capacity increases with the seat change. Before reducing seats below your retained storage needs, free eligible capacity or arrange additional storage under your retention rules.
Sandbox allowances apply per workspace, with no paid overages. Production use belongs on a paid plan; all plans retain unlimited integrations, customizations, entities, and workflows.
