Quality & review

Bring the evidence
to the decision.

Connect results, specifications, source records, exceptions, and accountable review. Make what is missing as clear as what has passed.

01

Review against the applicable requirement.

Show the reported value with its specification, limits, and effective revision. Keep the basis of acceptance visible instead of reducing the result to a generic green label.

  • Result versus specification
  • Revision context
  • Acceptance evidence
02

Handle the exception where it occurred.

Link a deviation or nonconformance to the affected lot, step, work order, or document. Keep ownership, investigation, and follow-up attached to the operating context.

  • Deviation & exception records
  • Accountable owners
  • Related corrective actions
03

Make the review requirements explicit.

Surface missing files, unmet prerequisites, and assigned review authority before a consequential action. An attachment being uploaded is distinct from evidence being accepted.

  • Required evidence checks
  • Independent review rules
  • Reasons for blocked approval
04

Retain the decision and its basis.

Keep the selected sources, reviewer, rationale, and resulting state together. A later document revision should not obscure what supported the earlier decision.

  • Source-linked decisions
  • Review rationale
  • Historical context
